Dimitra Koutsafti graduated with honors from the University of Derby, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2021. She specializes in the finance sector. In 2019, she participated in a student competition for innovation and entrepreneurship about start up businesses, creating a business plan, which made it into the top 10 entries within Greece.During her internship at a company with electrical equipment, she moved up as lighting consultant. 

Dimitra joined the ICS team in January 2022
