Zoe Chelioti has obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Law School of National Kapodistrian University of Athens and has a Master of Laws (LLM) in Public International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). She is a European-qualified lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2021.

She is an Attorney at Law with litigation experience in Public Law, Civil Law, and Banking Law. She has represented clients in negotiations before all administrative authorities, including servicers and banks.

Zoe speaks Greek, English, French, and has a basic knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin).
