This is the updated list with the dates when the Cadaster will begin its operation in every region of the country and the corresponding deadline for the correction of initial registrations if the properties of our clients appear under “UNKNOWN OWNER” or were incorrectly registered as belonging to someone else.
In any case, we would like to inform you that a bill of law will be voted which will extend the deadline for corrections until 30/11/2024 for the regions which has a deadline until 31/12/2023.
Also, in the bill of law being processed, a “road map” will be stipulated for the process of correction of the properties appearing under “UNKNOWN OWNER”. The Greek State will become the owner of such properties unless they are corrected in the stipulated timeframe.
